Kempf’s Ordering Reminders

To help your ordering experience go smoothly, please be aware of these few items!

If you are receiving a quarter of a beef, certain cuts have to be the same as the other person you are sharing the ½ beef. (i.e steak thickness, bone in or bone out for Rib Steaks/Rib Eyes, and bone in or bone out for T-Bones/Strips & Filets)

Heart, Oxtail, and Tongue are ordered on a first come, first serve basis. If another order on the same beef has already requested these items, they will not be available.

To receive heart, liver, & tongue from your own beef, we must have your order by the first Monday after the beef was dropped off.

To receive any heart, liver & tongue we must have an order by the first Wednesday after the beef was dropped off.

All orders must be received within 8 days of drop off (Friday) to order custom cuts. If we do not receive an order by then, the beef will be processed using a standard cut.

REGARDLESS OF WHEN WE RECEIVE AN ORDER, ALL BEEF WILL HANG 11-13 DAYS.
